Our philosophy

We live at a time when the intensity of regulation through statutes, regulations, directives, etc. is greater than ever before in the history of mankind. The plethora of legal regulations and the national and international case law resulting therefrom is enormous. A lawyer must decide on a speciality to be successful. There is a great demand for the dedicated specialist who can deliver a quality, customised resolution for his client's problems with a high degree of professional and emotional intelligence.

The client would appreciate having the comfort of knowing:
- that he is in good hands with his attorney;
- that the attorney has an immediate grasp of his matter and does not first need to acquaint himself with hitherto unfamiliar statutes and case law;
- that he has entrusted the problem with a qualified expert in the respective matter who will devote heart and mind to quickly reach the best possible solution for him.
- that he is able to stop thinking about the matter in the meantime and is free to dedicate himself to his own obligations;
- that he will nevertheless be constantly updated on the current status of the matter without having to ask;
- that will not be driven into hopeless, nerve-wracking, time-consuming and expensive litigation that yields no victor in the end; and
- that, in the end, he will receive a transparent and comprehensible billing of his attorney's activity.

We have understood this and are striving to live it every day. We want satisfied clients who will return and recommend us to others. And we are convinced that, from an ethical, human and professional perspective, this is the correct concept of the profession of the lawyer. Our actions are guided by this.

If you still have further questions, please contact us!
We look forward to seeing you!

Yours sincerely, Johannes N. Viehbacher
