Skilled consulting and representation vis-à-vis our clients in legal and tax matters in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and 
Liechtenstein is ensured by an international team, currently constituted by ten experienced lawyers, tax consultants and trustees and their assistants.
A single point of contact for the client
The client may elect to have a case accepted and to carry out the preliminary discussion and further consultations at our office located in the client’s home country or country of domicile. Subsequently, we carry out an internal review of the factual and legal circumstances in order to determine which of our in-country experts is needed to optimally process the mandate. Without our clients having to waste time and incur additional expense, close collaboration is then effected on an international and possibly inter-professional level with one of our four offices in order to work towards a resolution and settlement of the issues raised.
Should the client so wish, s/he is assigned a single point of contact within our organisation who then undertakes to consistently provide the client information on the current status of his/her matter and who works behind the scenes to coordinate ongoing collaboration within our team. Our services are invoiced by the office which – based upon factual and legal parameters – is predominantly engaged in processing the mandate.
Finally, for legal reasons, it should be pointed out that all professionals engaged within our offices render their services on behalf of the Viehbacher law firm, which acts within an interdisciplinary and trans-nationally integrative arena. This is, of course, in part mandatory from a national and professional perspective, but also seems to us to constitute a contemporary form of collaboration that concomitantly perpetuates independence in the exercise of a profession, as is required by law.
